Responsibilities:
Provides support to office staff ensuring training and productivity levels are maintained Coordinate staffing schedules, assist the management team with employee-related issues Provides a high level of customer service through education of both buyers and sellers on auction policies and procedures, addressing concerns, and completing requests in a timely and efficient manner Other duties may as assigned
Educational Experience Requirements:
High School diploma with Post Secondary School continuing education Auction and supervisory skills are a definite asset Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment Proven customer service skills/experience Proficiency in MS Office Good organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in building and maintaining motivated teams is a definite asset Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic $1000 sign on bonus
