Team Leader, Transition Services
**Can be hired as a Grade 5 or 6 depending on skills & experience**
The Purpose of Your Role:
Transition Services (TS), the largest division of Wealth Distribution Service & Operations, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused leader to inspire a team of licensed associates charged with delivering outstanding service and industry expertise to our clients and business partners.
As a team leader, you will support our mission "We help people when they are most vulnerable" by leading a team of case workers who own re-registrations triggered by life events, such as death, divorce, and estate planning. You will provide strategic direction and execution as you lead, coach, and develop your team to drive results, while improving the confidence and loyalty of our clients and better position them for lifetime financial success.
The Expertise We’re Looking For:
Proven Leadership Experience Previous Management or Leadership Experience in financial services is a plus Series 7, 63/65 required, along with 9/10 licensing Outstanding mentoring and coaching skills Experience with regulatory and compliance practices and rules Ability to balance leadership and supervisory responsibilities Your expertise to drive business results, while partnering with local and national peers to maintain a culture of collaboration and success, within your team, department, and broader organization. Outstanding mentoring skills, and ability to empower associates to grow and develop in a culture of Customer Obsession. Your ability to lead, coach, and develop associates remotely in a phone environmentThe Value You Deliver:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $116,500 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
