**Team Leader** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10-20 associates, including setups, production associates, and contingent workforce. You will manage 13-27+ machines and report to a shift supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring safety, quality, and delivery, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will work closely with various departments, prioritize tasks, and make necessary adjustments to machinery and production processes. **Responsibilities** + Oversee a team of 10-20 associates including setups, production associates, and contingent workforce. + Manage 13-27+ machines. + Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards are met. + Address and take immediate action on any issues that arise. + Work closely with different departments such as maintenance, production, engineering, and quality. + Document and report daily production data using Excel. + Ensure effective communication between shifts and attend shift hand-off meetings. + Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including operating machines and moving parts. + Oversee and conduct training for new employees. + Ensure productivity targets are met every hour and shift. + Utilize production tracking software and Microsoft Office applications. + Implement improvements and conduct root cause analysis. + Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). + Manage employee/associate issues and ensure adherence to FIFO process. **Why work here?** We offer annual pay increases, a stipend for steel-toed shoes, and provide all necessary tools and toolboxes.
