Team Leader

Position Summary:

Under general supervision, the Team Leader is responsible for the following duties: cleanliness of all public and patient areas, overall appearance of the assigned area and Medical Center Hospital, maintaining current area specific records, supply and inventory monitoring and completing all other duties assigned.

 

Qualifications:

A. Education:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Able to read, write and comprehend English.

B. Training and Experience:

Work requires one to three years housekeeper or floor tech experience.

C. Job Knowledge:

Requires reading, writing and counting skills. Interpersonal skills required to interact with co-worker and staff. Mental and visual effort required to monitor and report issues as related to Quality Improvement and Service Improvement. Work requires experience in operating floor cleaning equipment, and other equipment used in Environmental Services.
