Team Leader
Job Description:The process is part of the Consumer Loan fulfillment domain, and it involves Funding & Fulfillment Back-office operations review and analysis of data and documents pertaining to Unsecured (Personal Loans and Credit Cards) & Secured Loans (Auto loans, Boat Loans, Recreational Vehicles etc.).Responsibilities:Provides basic, moderate to complex analysis. Aptitude for preparing process reports on monthly/quarterly/annually basis.Generate reports for metrics and dashboards.Review deliverables with quality analysts.Produces monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc financial reports with trends & variances analysis.Advanced communication skills with day-to-day client interaction.Maintains quality, accuracy & Turnaround Time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).Preparation of proper Documentation, SOPs and real time updates.Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.).Advanced MS Excel required. Good knowledge of managing large datasets, using Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, IF/IS, INDEX MATCH, etc., is necessary.Able to work collaboratively across all teams, identifying best practices and process efficiencies.Liaison with Client on daily meetings and provides timely updates.Experienced working with external and internal auditors Job requires:Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a mustWillingness to work in Night shifts is a must4 to 6 years experience in Banking (Preferably a lending process) with an experience of at least 2 to 3 years in Consumer Loan or Mortgage Fulfillment in the US market.Team handling and management.Will be responsible for the SLA parameters for the team which includes Quality, Average Handle time, Productivity and Availability (Seat Adherence).Monitoring breaks and ensuring timeliness and discipline amongst the teamPublishing MIS as per the requirements of the Internal and External stake holders.Handling client governance and review calls.Ensuing smooth and effective day to day operations.
