ADP is hiring a Team Leader. In this position you will provide leadership support to the Regional Implementation group. Manage workflow, client escalations and resolutions to ensure Total Service to TotalSource's clients. Mentor, develop and train associates and provides performance feedback to Regional Implementation Executives and Division support groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Development: Assists in the administrative management of associates, including but not limited to: Recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, training, mentoring, coaching and performance management. Facilities talent development for associates, including assistance with establishing and overseeing individual development plans (IDPs). Participates in talent reviews. Leads and conducts weekly region update calls. Provides quality assurance. Project Management: Plans work for others to meet project deadlines and works with team members to exceed client requirements. Drives project planning and resource assignment activities. Proactively seeks opportunities for organizational improvement and drives the improvement effort. Sales Collaboration: Fosters collaboration with Sales teams. Negotiates timelines, participates in deal forecasting, assigning workloads and reviewing/approving exceptions. Large/Complex Client: Manages the key meetings and oversight of implementation of large or complex clients. Oversees the Implementation team assigned to the account. Handles the largest and most complex clients. Handles client escalations and works closely with business partners and clients to remediate or prevent future escalations. Product Support: Assists Division product groups in development new processes, tools and collateral. Participates in task forces and stretch assignments Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Over 8 Years, up to 12 years' experience in a senior role implementing complex products, preferable PEO. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience required At least one of the following certifications: PHR, SPHR, FPC, CPP or PMP. FPC required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Two or more of the following certifications: PHR, SPHR, FPC, CPP or PMP. preferred. Communication Skills: Uses effective communication skills to consult with clients. Presentation Skills: Communicates with client and employees at all levels professionally and effectively. Problem Analysis / Resolution/ Negotiation: Gathers information necessary to make decisions and implement actions. Anticipates, identifies, eliminates and resolves problems in a timely manner. Conducts an in-depth analysis of the client's requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate course of action. Teamwork/Collaboration: Partners with fellow associates, supervisors, and departments; contributes and exchanges knowledge and skills to meet group needs and goals; participates in resolving issues Customer Focus: Demonstrates a strong focus on customer service.
