**Job Title: Team Leader - 1st Shift** **Job Description** + We are looking a Team Leader with experience in automotive for our 1st shift position + You will become knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover for employees during breaks or unexpected absences + Responsibilities include tracking production and rejects accurately, conducting visual quality checks, and communicating any issues to the supervisor + You will also send daily emails with production numbers and prepare for the day by arriving 15 minutes before other employees **Responsibilities** + Monitor the production line for slow-downs and bottlenecks + Assist employees as needed and cover for them during breaks or absences + Track all line production and rejects accurately + Conduct visual quality checks and communicate issues to the supervisor + Send daily emails with production numbers and other relevant information + Prepare for the day by arriving 15 minutes before other employees **Essential Skills** + Team leadership experience in a production setting + Experience overseeing 8 to 18 employees + 2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing + Proficiency with computers, including sending emails and printing labels **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
