What You’ll Be Doing:

Safety First!

Collaborate with the Safety Manager and Safety Pillar team to develop safety rules, proactive procedures, and a hazard-free workspace.Keep safety front and center by holding team members accountable and reporting all near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.Prioritize the well-being of yourself and your team above all else.

Quality Champion

Ensure quality procedures are followed, and equipment is maintained to meet our high standards.Work closely with the Flexo Manager and team members to continually raise the quality bar.

People Leader

Coach, train, and develop team members to bring out their best work in a positive, supportive environment.Resolve conflicts, maintain strong relationships, and empower team members to contribute to safety, quality, and productivity improvements.Organize daily tasks and engage the team to reduce hazards, enhance quality, and build morale through collaboration.

Production Powerhouse

Safety is the priority, but you’ll also set and communicate production goals to keep things running smoothly.Support production efforts, manage inventories, and ensure we’re hitting our targets with high standards.Drive continuous improvement across operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

Equipment Extraordinaire

Oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, from preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, ensuring smooth and safe operations.Work with contractors as needed and ensure all equipment meets standards for food-safe packaging.

Housekeeping Hero

Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to standards by delegating and overseeing housekeeping tasks.
