Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

Lead & managing your assigned Department,Supporting operational excellence, quality and efficiency through analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows,Responsible for your assigned Department's SOP's and daily tasks in order to achieve customer satisfaction,Responsible to conduct inventory countsIdentify risks and issues in daily Department team and support resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up.Daily Reporting

Qualifications

The successful Team Leader will have the following capabilities:

Good understanding of warehouse operations and proven experience in leading & coaching a team,Hands on approach,National Logistics industry standards,Strong communication & coordinator skills,Ability to collaborate and empower others through people development.
