The Commercial Short Term Insurance Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of commercial insurance retention agents to achieve retention targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves developing retention strategies, providing coaching and support to retention agents, and overseeing day-to-day retention operations to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
