Job Summary
Team LeadKey Responsibilities
• Lead and assure the full implementation of the safety and food safety standards within all production units.
• Understand all aspects of the process. Make and fill batches as per specification.
• Coordinate and maintain proper process flow.
• Lead and motivate work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Provide training and re-training to chemical operators to ensure team meets all requirements of the job.
• Collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of manufacturing to ensure final product meets set specification.
• Participate in the investigation for deviations events related to the production and align with the quality team on the proper CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production regulations and legislation
• Ensure that all production documents are maintained, kept according to the retention policy.
• Ensure all tools, equipment and production devices are maintained, calibrated and in the best conditions. Communicate with Maintenance as needed to ensure uptime of production equipment.
• Communication with WH personnel to request / satisfy any inquiry related to production department.
• Identify and facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement (6S) projects inside the production.
• Stand in for Team Lead II, leading shop floor when needed.
• This position is for the 2rd Shift 3:30pm-11:50pm Monday – Friday Overtime coverage when RequiredJob Description – Team Lead

•3-5 years' experience in a related job
•Advanced skills in MS Office
