We are looking for a Team Leader Compliance Support to join Braine Sterile Manufacturing department, in the Compliance team based on UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.
About the role:
The main contribution of the Team Leader Compliance Support is overseeing the Compliance Officer team. This team is in charge to support the filling and the visual inspection teams in the following activities:
Management of deviations and investigationsDefinition of appropriate CAPA plan and management of CAPA’s when applicableFollow-up of change controlCompliance referent in projects for the Sterile Manufacturing department
What you will do:
You will oversee your team in the goal to resolve deviation and investigation in the manner delay.You will be responsible for the internal CAPA board to assure that the correct action plan is defined to prevent any recurrence.You will act as a coach for your team for the deviation and investigation management.You will be responsible for ensuring that standard batch release timelines are respected and suggest improvements to optimize the process between the various stakeholders.You will be in charge to monitor and respect the various KPI of the departmentYou will promote and encourage conditions that contribute to the well-being of our teams.You will assure that your team work closely with the QA department.You will provide support during the internal and external audits and maintained the team in “permanent inspection readiness”You will assist the Head of Compliance in achieving team and department objectives
Interested:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment in a similar role and/or experience related to Sterile ManufacturingThe ability to manage a team and be able to motivate themselves to achieve the attended resultsMaster’s degree in a pharmaceutical fieldFluency in both written and spoken French and EnglishStrong internal communication skills, both oral and writtenSupportive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the aim of simplify workflowAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work environmentsAbility to present subjects during authority inspections and internal and external auditsAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
