Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an international customer service team, ensuring high levels of performance.

Develop and implement customer service strategies to optimize client satisfaction.

Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to enhance customer experience.

Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.

Train, mentor, and develop the customer service team to meet business objectives.

Oversee the implementation of new processes and tools to improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile Sought:

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in handling international teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proficiency in CRM and customer service software.

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
