Team leader - Cybersecurity and Governance

As a Team Leader of Governance, Cybersecurity, and Integration, you will strategically develop and enforce policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will orchestrate comprehensive IT standard implementations and cybersecurity strategies, safeguarding the organization's assets and operations from emerging threats. Your leadership in integrating secure practices across departments will promote operational synergy and maintain data integrity. As a face of the IT Governance, you will orchestrate and manage a community of key customers and architects ensuring that new developed solution match the overall IT Governance standards.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and develop the local Governance and Security team, including training and performance reviews. Integrate IT Standards and security requirements into projects and lead related initiatives. Create and enforce comprehensive IT Governance Standards and security policies, procedures, and protocols. Perform regular security and risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. Lead and coordinate any deviations from IT standards in close collaboration with the responsible GBS Business Lines.Lead and coordinate responses to security breaches, including containment and reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, updating protocols as needed. Monitor IT Provider contracts as well as used standard Software components and prepare detailed reports for senior management.Monitor security standards and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Oversee security assessments and audits of third-party vendors and partners. Manage software licenses and conduct application portfolio assessments. Develop and conduct security awareness training programs for employees. Act as the Governance and Security instance in the CEE community of GBS.
Which conditions should you meet?
You have a successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or other engineering degree / or other equivalent disciplines and at least 4+ years of experience. With your customer facing skills, ideally gained within a partner/consulting organization, you inspire your peers for new technologies and processes. Experience with regulatory frameworks in global companies. Proven experience in the area of IT Governance (set-up and enforcement).Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often with conflicting or changing priorities. High affinity for market-leading technical solutions (e.g. AWS, ServiceNow, LowCode Platforms, SAP S4/Hana).Experience of design and implementation of market-leading technical solutions.You can multitask in a fast-changing environment and bring high-energy, you have analytical thinking and project management ability (Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, IaC). Experience with Scrum methodology. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must.
