Team Leader in Service Administration
Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesDue to the growth of our Service Administration team, we are looking for a new Team Leader. 
Person in that role will be responsible for leading the team and cooperation with stakeholders from different countries on all levels of the organization. 
Your tasks: Lead a service administration team of 10+ direct reports responsible for one of the process areas.Hire, train, motivate and develop team members, including setting goals, measuring and documenting performance.Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team.Monitor team performance, productivity and quality, take improvement actions if requiredAssure right back-up structure, create and keep up-to-date documentation for all processes assigned to the teamEnsure that work in the team is evenly distributed (well trained, clear guidelines)High quality reporting on workload and operational problems, proactive approach to problem solvingBuild and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholdersPrepare statistics and reports related to service administrationSupport and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal procedures and methods of work
What You Need to SucceedAt least 1 year of experience in a similar position (leading a team).
