This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the efficient and effective operations of our kit production department. As the Team Lead Site Service - Kit Production, you will ensure a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to both external kit vendors and internal departments.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2PM - 10:30PM ET

Knowledge of Good Clinical PracticesStrong attention to detailProficiency in digital tools and technologiesSuperior analytical, interpersonal, and time management skillsStrong organizational and accurate data entry skillsEffective negotiation and problem resolution skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient and effective operations of the departmentResponsible for quality within the sectionParticipate in the daily operations of the kit production teamFollow up on complaints/issues until resolutionProvide training for new personnel or when new processes are implementedFollow up on training documentation of the teamsOccasionally attend study protocol meetings and educate staff on issues requiring attentionCreate work schedule and holiday planning for the teamsAssist in the Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillmentLead Kit Production staffProvide training to new staff membersSupport the management of the internal/external PPD Kit ProductionServe as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and managementSupport the management of kit vendor assignment on order levelSupervise Kit Production staff performanceSupport the resolution of Kit Vendor Quality EventsSupport information sharing within GSS departmentWorking EnvironmentThermo Fisher Scientific values the health and wellbeing of our employees.
