We are looking for an energetic and passionate Team Leader - The Bar.
The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:
To assist the Assistant Manager - The Bar by ensuring that all policies and procedures are successfully executedTo provide exceptional guest service at all times and handles all guest and colleague inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient mannerTo ensure that the food and beverage standards are implementedAssist the bar team in the creation of new cocktails in line with current trendsTo be a hands-on Team Leader, present at all times in the Living Room and Bar areas, especially during busy periodsTo nurture and develop each team member, maximising their effectiveness by developing their skills and abilities through appropriate training and coachingFinding luxury in every detail, Park Hyatt Sydney provide an experience of sophisticated, contemporary luxury.
