Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Team Leader Non-Commercial Activities who is a team player and autonomous to join our department based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role.
In this role, you will organize production to ensure that customer needs are met while adhering to the company's objectives regarding quality, safety, environmental standards, timelines, and costs. You will also follow up on the non-commercial production plan for new product introductions. Additionally, you will identify potential efficiency gains in current production processes, define appropriate actions, and follow up on action plans to implement these improvements.
What you’ll do:
Organize manufacturing and packaging to meet deadlines and ensure quality with minimal defects for non-commercial batches intended for new product introductions.Communicate and assure timely planning of development activities, including tests, validation activities, and technical interventions.Ensure compliance with safety standards to avoid work-related incidents and highlight any defects or needs for intervention affecting product quality or operator safety.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and improvement, and document experimental work and results in accordance with company procedures and standards.Support the Device teams for all audit and inspection activities.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degrees.Hands-on experience with the complete product lifecycle from initial design and prototyping to mass production and quality assurance.Knowledge of SAP/MES processes and their integration within the broader SAP/MES framework.Strong communication skills for discussions with global key users and training local key users.Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating a high level of initiative in recognizing, analyzing, and solving problems.
