Position Overview:

The Lead Intake Representative will oversee the intake process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.   This role requires leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.  The Lead Intake Representative will work closely with various departments and agencies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the intake team, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth intake process.Serve as the primary point of contact for our agencies.Gather essential information from clients through phone calls, emails, and in person meetings.Accurately enter client information into the database and ensure all records are up to date.Answer and direct client inquiries to the appropriate departments.Schedule appointments as needed and follow up with clients to confirm details.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake process.Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.Conduct regular training sessions for the intake team on department policies and procedures.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the intake team, providing feedback and implementing improvements.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious lead/supervisor experience a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
