The Team Leader of Custodial Services is responsible for the supervision of a team of custodians who ensure the cleanliness and orderly condition of the buildings and facilities. Establishes and manages cleanliness standards and the wellbeing of all shared spaces.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct the work of assigned team of custodians, provide direction as to required daily tasks Train new team members effectively on policies and processes for job duties Provide performance feedback and correction to team members Inspects work completed by team members Responsible for continued upkeep of shared spaces (cafés, break rooms, restrooms, courtyard) Facilitate clean up and initial clean of new office furniture upon request from the business Manage inventory of cleaning and paper products Creates and maintains MSDS guidelines, chemical standards and cleaning checklists Regular and punctual attendance is required Performs other duties as assigned
