Shift Window : 24*7 Shift However majority of the shifts would be from 19:30pm to 11:30am
Weekoff : Any 2 Rotational off)
Experience Target : Experience in handling team; have managed clients; hands on excel and people management skills
Skills : Good communication skills; Excel knowledge ; People management ; Leadership skills; Quick Learner; Adaptability, handled attrition & shrinkage
