PACT TEAM LEADER
$90K Annual S alary
What You Will Do: Provides recovery-oriented treatment services to team consumers and performs indirect services; Coverage, Service Planning, Consumer Services, Team Participation, Clinical Documentation and Administration. Staff may be required to attend additional training on a range of topics such as evidence based practices, recovery-oriented treatment, trauma informed care, illness-management-recovery, and forensic specialties. Maintains a caseload of consumers receiving outreach services.
Who You Are:
L.I.C.S.W. or L.M.H.C, at least three years of supervisory experience in the field required, at least five years in the field. Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Supervisory and program management experience is desirable. Understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illness and knowledge of the PACT model required. Valid driver’s license required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word.

At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
