Job Summary
As an on-site Quality Team Leader you will manage quality control activities for all phases of production, personnel and laboratory operations. You will partner with production to ensure that we are producing safe and high-quality items. You will lead the quality staff for both facilities while overseeing material, facility and people operations to support the food safety programs. You will report directly to the Quality Manager.
You Will:Coordinate quality assurance activities including audits, training and purchasingLead the quality team to ensure all needsPartner with facility staff on quality and staff concerns and addressVerify operations control systems are functional and being followedPlace product on hold, release or dispositionEvaluate damaged productsCoordinate resolution of customer complaintsEnsure SPC Management practices are followedYou Have:BS Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or other related degree required. Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
