Under the direction of the Radiology Supervisor, Administrative Director and Radiologists in charge performs duties within designated areas. Directs and supervises Medical Imaging Technologists and assists Radiologists in specialty areas, i.e. operating room, emergency and routine radiography as required. Maintain appropriate staffing for assigned areas, 24-hour a day to assure that all requests for imaging services are satisfied. Provide required quality control data. Monitor and replenish supply inventories. Assists in the evaluation of staff as to performance and provide specialized training and assistance as needed. Responsible for delivering quality health care to the patient care with no age limitations.   Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Current State of New York license to practice Diagnostic Medical Radiography. Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. A minimum of five (5) years experience as a medical imaging technologist, three (3) years of which will have been in the appropriate area of specialty.   Hourly Rate Range $35.32-44.15/hour Based on verified education and experience
