Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designatedmarket/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is #Linkedin- Onsite.This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Faridabad, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCoverage of Panel Builders, Key Industry, Building, and utility End Users & influencers in the area of operation within assigned territory.•\tIdentifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them•\tWill have a sales target for the responsible region.•\tMaintain Opportunity Pipeline.•\tCoordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales. •\tEstablishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale•\tDeveloping a solid and trusted relationship with Panel Builders, Channel Partners.
Qualifications for the role\t B.E. / B. Tech Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics.\t Min 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales, working as individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market.\tKnowledge of Industrial Segment & SFDC operations.\tExperience of direct Sales, account management and cross-selling.\tExperience in any one or all the following areas: Low Voltage Equipment’s or Electrical Distribution.
