Team Leads & Safety Trainers!

1st Shift and Night Shift Available! | Pay rates between $21.00 – $22.00

 

We are looking for a motivated, self starter, team player! 

Team Leads and Safety Trainers will work alongside the operations and Loss Prevention and Training teams. Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and others while always representing the company in a positive and supportive manner. 

Job Functions: 

Leads and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel Leads will Monitor productivity tasks and keep a steady work flow within the department  Safety Trainers will Deliver hands on training for all new PIT operators. Conduct final evaluations to ensure all operators can safely operate on their own.  Ensure OSHA compliance and proper communication regarding PIT training to all operators.  Coordinate and facilitate the on-boarding efforts of new hires/operators and new material.

 

Work Experience:  1+ year leadership or management experience 2 years’ Experience with Reach, Order Picker, Sit down & EPJ preferred for Safety Trainers. 2 years of experience in safety and training or a related field preferred for Safety Trainers. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams).
