Job Description:
We are a family-owned and operated company seeking team members in the Sequim, WA, area who love to help others.  We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. Great for retirees, students, military, and stay-at-home parents interested in part-time work.

Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working closely with management and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This includes packing housewares and delicate items for our relocating clients and unpacking and setting up the new home for our senior clients. We conduct online auctions, which require attention to detail. The position has direct interactions with clients and members of the public at large. Most important is your interaction with the team in producing a project that meets the expectations of our clients.  

Roles and Responsibilities:Positive & Compassionate AttitudeProvides exceptional customer service, greets clients and their families with a smile, and responds appropriately to customer issuesPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsSafely pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household itemsLifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the homeLight cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming)Staging & preparing homes for saleTake photos/organize for online auction set-up, host pickups for auction endingCommunicates in a positive manner with clients, peers, and managersShow compassion and patience to our senior clients who are downsizingAnd more, no 2 days are alike!Qualifications & Skills:High School diploma or equivalentStrong Organizational SkillsOutstanding customer service skillsProfessional attitude and demeanorAbility to lift 30 pounds and move items as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationSmartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, project management apps, finding locations, and textingPhysical/Environmental Requirements:Frequent walking, standing and/or liftingMust be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work for long periods of timeWilling to work in dirty and/or cluttered environmentsMust be able to lift up to 30 poundsWhat we need…...Integrity in all things.
