Role Description
Our part-time on-site Online Auction Team Member role is a fun position that can be physical. Your six-hour shift requires standing, moving, bending, and lifting up to twenty pounds. The Online Auction Team Member will assist with online auction setup, item categorization and sorting, item photography, and descriptions, and ensuring the smooth operation of auction pick up by adhering to best practices.
Qualifications
+ Communication and Interpersonal Skills - especially being coachable and open to constructive feedback!
+ Desire to assist the Senior Population in our community and to learn about senior transitions with care and curiosity.
+ Attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team and on your own - seek to achieve and surpass productivity goals to earn monthly bonuses!
+ Experience in customer service is a plus
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Must pass a backround check, have a valid driver's license and be willing to use your own mobile phone on the job.
+ Starting pay is $15 per hour.
