Summary of Position
Team Members contribute to the success of Coffee Action West by preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Team Members will always maintain an environment that promotes Coffee Action West’s guiding principles.
Primary Responsibilities
Follow Dunkin’ Brand standards, recipes and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package orders and serve to guestsUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and guest areasStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle paymentsFollow speed of service standardsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersMaintain organized stockroom and refrigerated areasRequired Skills and Experience
