A Dunkin' job, typically called a \"Crew Member,\" involves preparing and serving food and beverages like coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches according to Dunkin' standards, providing friendly customer service, maintaining a clean workspace, and operating restaurant equipment in a fast-paced environment; basic requirements , basic math skills for handling cash, and the ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. 


Key responsibilities:

Preparing food and drinks following recipes and quality standards 
Taking orders and serving customers with a positive attitude 
Operating cash register and handling transactions accurately 
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and work stations 
Restocking supplies and ingredients 
Following food safety guidelines 
Understanding and promoting current menu items and promotions 

Basic requirements:



Basic math skills for counting money and making change 
Capability to operate restaurant equipment like coffee machines and ovens 
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment 
Positive attitude and customer service skills
