Team Member Responsibilities Foster an environment of Fun and Teamwork Rings up orders and handle payments Ensure our Guests’ purposes are met when smoothies are ordered Blend smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste Show up on time for work and ready to work Open to feedback from Team Members, Shift Leads, and/or Managers, then practices and perfects task(s) Approach tasks with a positive attitude Greet all guests and provide outstanding customer service Communicates with fellow Team Members and Managers in a positive manner Completes daily checklist duties Qualifications Willingness to have a lot of fun while working!!!
