Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions.Occasionally work with the food program to maintain high standards for quality and service.Perform various tasks around the store to uphold cleanliness and operational efficiency.Provide fast, friendly service to customers while working alongside an energetic team.Skills and Strengths:

Retail or customer service experience.Sales associate or cashiering experience.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Motivation to advance in your career.Physical Requirements:
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may occasionally climb a ladder to retrieve materials or place/remove signs.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience in retail sales preferred.Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.Ability to meet the physical demands and work conditions described.Essential Duties:
Provide prompt, courteous customer service.Operate cash registers and other store equipment accurately.Perform cleaning duties inside and outside the store, including upkeep of equipment.Inspect store facilities and report maintenance needs.Assist in receiving and verifying vendor deliveries.Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.Help new applicants with the application process.Perform all duties with minimal supervision and attend job-related meetings as needed.Working Conditions:
Perform most work indoors, with some outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and gas pumps.Occasionally work in a walk-in cooler or freezer.Exposure to occasional noise and varying temperature conditions.Work independently with periodic supervision.Additional Information:
