Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues Process Management: Responsible for end-to-end auction process executions , timely delivery and adherence to internal process quality standards Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing guidance on their query and handhold to resolve the issue Service Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of services required by client as per the mutually agreed SLA’s Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all technical and commercial activities Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project success.
