At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.
As the Team Member Experience Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our team members, with a special emphasis on underrepresented talent. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive career development initiatives that empower employees at all stages of their career journey. By focusing on individual growth and organizational needs, you will ensure that our team members have the tools and opportunities to excel and advance within the company.

You will lead efforts to create tailored development initiatives that align with Lyft's values and business objectives. These may include rotational programs, internal mobility policies and procedures, sponsorship or mentorship programs, peer learning, external speaker series, etc. By collaborating with Talent Management, DEIB and other People team and business partner stakeholders, you will ensure that these career growth initiatives are effective and contribute to a diverse and inclusive leadership team and culture. Your work will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and accountability in fostering a thriving career development environment at Lyft where everyone belongs.
