Team Member Housing Property Manager

Military encouraged to apply. **Job Description** **Weekly travel to Permian Basin required.** The purpose of this job is to oversee all elements of Pilot Owned and Leased Housing in the U.S. including compliance, Team Member experience, maintenance technicians and vendor resources for security and housekeeping. Responsibilities: 1. Manage Team Member relations, including leasing, rent deductions, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 2. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling, overseeing vendor services, and conducting regular property inspections 3. Develop and implement comprehensive property management plans to optimize property performance and maximize profitability 4. Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met 5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing regulations and safety standards 6. Oversee the leasing process including lease execution, executing move in and move out processes, and restoring property to optimal conditions prior to leasing 7. Foster positive relationships within pod communities, provide regular updates on property performance and address any concerns or issues 8. Forecast future property maintenance projects to include material cost and labor and identify long-term improvement projects and cost associated 9. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level 10. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures 11. Complete other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High school diploma required + Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred + Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field required + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation + Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required + Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Ability to communicate and interact effectively with diverse levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision making + Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives + Excellent customer service skills + **Travel required up to 80%** **Additional Information** \#LI-CH1 \#LI-Remote
