The Team Member Relations (HR) Admin position will play an important role in supporting our Team Member Relations team at BJ’s Wholesale Club. The ideal candidate will assist in running the daily functions related to Human Resource/People Management. The position is remote; however, the HR Administrator will have to visit various locations/offices on an as needed basis.
Assist in the maintenance of HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and accessible to employees.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs around i9 and e-verification and compliance Reviews exit interview data, and provides recommendations for improvement to the company.Assists in updating the employee handbook and development of other human resource policies.Perform compliance and documentation responsibilities as needed. Prepare documentation for compliance reporting and audits as needed.Manage HR-related spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.Generate reports from spreadsheets for HR and management decisions.Engages in the coordination of team member service awards Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives, providing support as required.Stay informed about HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization's HR processes remain in compliance.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience supporting workplace culture through team engagement and other practices.Experience using Workday is a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.At least 1+ years of human resource management experience preferred.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
