Team Member Relations Specialist
Position Summary Under general direction of the Team Member Relations Manager and/or Director of HR, coordinates recruiting and retention; employee engagement, administering employee relations; managing and processing benefits; maintaining automated and manual personnel records; and upholding policies and procedures. Ensures all human resources programs are maintained in accordance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, plus two (2) years experience where employee relations was the primary responsibility in a casino and/or hospitality industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication required. Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills required. SPHR preferred. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Must meet all knowledge, skills, and abilities. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
