Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
NX CAM Tool hands on Experience4 to 8 Years of manufacturing engineering experience, current technical Skills in Manufacturing environment with CNC Shop floor experience.Candidate should be well Versed in CNC cycle programming, Manual programming, wire edm, grinding,tooling etc.Required Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc controller programming and machining experience.Knowledge in PDM-Team center environment.Excellent problem solving and project management skills.Ability to work well in fast paced , dynamic environment.Analytical skill to provide technical solution in machining domain.Excellent verbal and written communication in English Proficiency in collaborating with global teamsAdaptability to work effectively under pressureJobs and responsibilities are detailed below:
Creation of CAM resources (tools, clamping devices,etc).Troubleshooting software to identity issues through analysis of software logs , System logs,etc.Provide engineering solution to the product group to resolve manufacturing problems.Validate the NC Program in real time virtual simulation software (CSE).Provide the required technical guidance to the team members for executing the Projects.Working or experience with NX Post development would be added advantage.

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Experience : 4-8yrs
Mandatory/requires Skills : CAM manufacturing
Preferred Skills : advantage (optional): Linux System Administrator experience
