Teamcenter/NX Technical Team Lead
**Job Description:** Experienced Teamcenter/NX Technical Team Lead with Seimens Teamcenter and NX product knowledge. Experience with Sharepoint, Jira, Perl/Shell scripting, Git, Linux, Windows, MS Office Tools and ServiceNow. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, testing skills and communication skills. Ability to work closely with Engineering customers, understand business needs, help drive the resolution of issues and manage risk, propose process improvements, provide front-line support for severity issues. Communicate scheduled outages to help desk and end customers. Create business reports to track progress and SLAs. Monitor performance metrics. Monitor tickets and resolution. Lead a daily scrum meeting with the Teamcenter developers working bug fixes and enhancements. Lead yearly upgrade projects for Teamcenter and NX. Assist with monthly Teamcenter build reconciliations and release plans.
