The Role

We are seeking an experienced PLM Process and Technical Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior client leadership to define business processes, develop integration strategies, and execute seamless rollouts. Your domain expertise in discrete manufacturing, energy, and utilities industries will be key in delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Bring

14+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years of proven expertise as a PLM Process and Technical Consultant for Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions, specializing in the Discrete Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities industries.

Strong domain expertise in product engineering & development, as well as product data and lifecycle management.

Proven ability to plan, drive, execute, and deliver end-to-end implementations of Siemens Teamcenter solutions and integrations.

Skilled at driving cross-functional teams to achieve common and shared goals.

Extensive experience in organizing and leading large cross-functional workshops for business process definitions, requirements elicitation, solution design, solution implementation, and business rollouts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in persuasive conversations with senior client leadership, business process owners, and subject matter experts.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and project teams effectively, even with evolving or minimal inputs.
