KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage ADM support and enhancement services for all Engineering applications.Partner with client’s IT management to deliver continuous value and showcase Capgemini’s capabilities.Lead support services and collaborate with Capgemini global application support teams across Engineering Non-Engineering application portfolio.Manage user interaction, escalations, problem resolution and root cause analysis.Required Skills:Experience in technical leadership roles with hands on experience in PLM, Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise, CAD, CAx/CAE, Simulations, Matlab, DoorsFunctional expertise in PLM applications with deep understanding of the workflows and integrationTeamcenter Project Management and solution architecture experience is requiredExperience in troubleshooting PLM and Engineering applications both custom and Siemens applicationsStrong analytical skills and experience in project lifecycleAbility to build business relationships, internalize business requirements and interact with users at various levelsUnderstanding of ITIL processes and toolsSupport quality audits and regulatory compliance requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiativesLife at Capgemini
