Your key responsibilities
Leadership & Management
• supervise and manage a team of lease professionals to ensure efficient workflow/ support to the sales team and improving customer experience.
• foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, learning and accountability
• identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities
• monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high standards of output
Operational/Sales Process Management
• oversee daily operations (=sales support process) ensuring alignment and compliance with organizational goals and standards: you analyze and oversee the proper execution of the operations to be carried out, the procedures to be respected and the deadlines set for correct processing.
• develop and update standard operating procedures for the sales support tasks
• facilitate a good coordination and collaboration with the Sales team to understand their needs and provide necessary support
Process Optimization
• identify and define needs for improvement of working procedures and lead initiatives to optimize sales support and service quality (= reshape the future of sales support)
• encourage team members to provide input on process changes and foster an environment of continuous improvement
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with business objectives
