Internal Audit helps to improve the overall success of Siemens Healthineers operations and processes and provides independent, factual, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics in order to create impact that drives change with improved results. You will work on different assurance engagements for various internal clients globally. By integrating digitalization strategies and engaging with the latest technological developments, you contribute to the development of innovative audit approaches.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will represent the audit department within the company as an independent and trusted partner for the managementYou will identify, analyze and assess key business risks using internal business metrics, risk management processes and knowledge of external megatrends to contribute to the preparation of the annual global audit planYou will coordinate, plan and execute multiple assigned global audit topics simultaneouslyYou will implement the overall Audit strategy, Audit policies and processesYou are responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive audit programs and methodologies to effectively and efficiently address the business challenges and risk areas identified in the audit planYou are responsible for project-specific resource management and ensure a high quality of the audit team's outputYou will create concise Audit Reports on local and global levelYou will identify, develop and promote digital use cases (e.g. data analysis, AI, process mining) that increase audit coverage, assurance level or efficiency in the auditsYou will prepare meetings with management and lead these meetings to present and align the audit results and derived measures to improve the business processesYou will lead a team of up to 7 employees and use your strong leadership skills to coach and support your team members in their professional development

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in economics, finance / accounting, industrial engineering or ITYou have many years of professional experience at Siemens Healthineers, the Siemens Group, a management consultancy or a related medical technology industryIdeally, you have also gained extensive experience in an audit-related environmentYou have successful professional past career progression and motivation and potential to develop into further management positions outside of AuditYou have extensive knowledge of accounting (IFRS) / financial reporting, controlling or several business processes (especially SCM, PLM, CRM, IT). Ideally, you have knowledge of external auditing or internal auditing with appropriate qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA)You have very good knowledge of project management in a complex, global organizationYou have extensive practical knowledge of the possibilities of digitalization in audit activities or high affinity for digitalization and willingness to actively contribute your knowledgeYou have several years of experience in leading international teams

Your attributes and skills:

Ideally, you also speak German and/or another languageYou find it easy to create convincing management presentations and have very good communication skills.
