Responsibilities:
Participate in maintaining the systems' support, access and updating functionMonitor end-user usage of systems and perform daily administrative tasksMaintain and publish the release schedules for new functions or applications and maintenance updatesProvide evaluations for daily and long-term application development needsParticipate in scoping discussions with business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements and product solutions into well documented Jira tickets for engineering to work onValidate implementations meet business requirements, iterate as needed with system engineersCommunication systems change to users and stakeholders Participate in analyses to connect data to user needs and behaviors to inform continuous improvement opportunitiesManage the End-of-Life (EOL) program, including planning remediation, tracking progress, and escalating delays.Manage the Vulnerability Management program, including planning remediation and tracking efforts.Review technology project artifacts, track onboarding of applications, and ensure data accuracy for reporting.Required Skills:
At least 3 years of overall experience ideally in GRC technical roles Strong understanding of technology governance principlesExperience with reporting and metrics development.Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data analysis and querying.Experience with Power BI, including data visualization and reporting.Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and macros.Experience with technology risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. GDPR).Ability to work with various stakeholders, including Senior Management, IT teams, and third-party vendors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills:
Experience with technology governance tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, RSA Archer).Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).Certification in technology governance, risk management, or related field (e.g. CISM, CRISC).Familiarity with ServiceNow, including data modeling and workflow management.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and security (e.g. Snowflake, Azure).Personal Requirements:

As per MUFG’s Return to Office policy, must work onsite for 4 days per week & 1 day remotely out of 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY office.The typical base pay range for this role is between $83K - $102K on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
