Join us in an engaged and mission-critical role as a Network Operations Engineer in the Network Services team responsible for day-to-day management and service oversight of the global network. In this role, you will provide second level troubleshooting across the network infrastructure focusing on operational activities, incident resolution, problem management and request management. You will work closely with the ITIL control functions and third level network engineers to management the operational lifecycle of network events, incidents, and requests.
