The Bluepeak Technology Hub Associate is a community partner who gathers and educates our customers on the latest technology trends. A Tech Hub Associate will be responsible for hosting events in the Technology Hub, as well as in the community and virtually. Additionally, the employee will partner with the business sales team to ensure that our business customers have a space to use to host various meetings and events. Our Bluepeak Technology Hub will also serve as our community anchor for all sales and customer experience needs.

+ Product Guru – Know why Bluepeak products are best.
+ Operations Owner – Efficiently manages all in store operations policies and procedures.
+ Manage daily operations in Technology Hub.
+ Maintain Technology Hub Schedule and ensure it’s well publicized.
+ Partner with the business team to schedule demos.
+ Host events in the community, in the Tech Hub, and virtually to educate customers on technology trends.
+ Partner to create learning materials for both internal and external customers.
+ All other duties as assigned.
**What You Will Need:**
+ Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass a motor vehicle report check.
+ Must have reliable transportation.
+ Must be able to meet and exceed sales quota driven thru relationships, events, and marketing influence.
+ Provide best-in-class customer experiences.
+ Maintain strong relationship with community partners – continuous contact and follow through.
+ Proactively identify needs and solutions.
+ Culture carrier who energizes, engages, and leads through continuous change.
+ Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings and weekends as necessary.
+ Professional appearance and attitude.
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Previous experience organizing events for varying groups of people, both in size and demographic is strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrable community partnerships.
+ Must be detail oriented and organized.
+ MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access, and OneNote.
+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
+ Regularly required to talk and hear.
+ Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and walk.
+ Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
+ Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
+ Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
+ Required to lift up to 25lbs at a given time.
