PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT or related technical fieldMinimum 12 years of professional software development experienceStrong communication skills with ability to work with business and Technology stakeholdersMinimum 8 years of experience with designing Business Intelligence DashboardsStrong hands on experience with Tableau Site Administration including but not limited to site configuration, maintenance, performance, security, HA, Disaster Recovery.Strong experience with AWS data services like Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, S3, RDS, Redshift etc.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable BI architecture and highly performant BI DashboardsEnsure data quality, accuracy and consistency across BI PlatformsManage Tableau Server/Cloud environment, including user accounts, permissions, and security settingsOversee Tableau site configuration, maintenance, and performance optimizationMonitor Tableau server health, usage, and capacity planningOversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizationsImplement and manage Tableau governance policies and best practicesProficiency in SQL and experience with major database platformsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processesExperience working in Insurance / Finance domainReview and attest the solutions implementation as per approved architecture / guidelinesAbility to design and represent solution architecture / Integration Pattern at various Architecture Forums for approvalCollaborate with Regional and Market Architecture TeamsEnforce security standards as per organization security directives on the solutions.Develop and maintain Tableau training materials and documentationGood to have experience in other Data Visualization tools like AWS Quicksight, PowerBI
