You’ll share your skills, innovation, and experience with a team of talented engineers, helping support and guide them as you all collectively solve some interesting and technical challenges. Role Overview:

As a Full-Stack Tech Lead, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager and take on a key role in shaping the team’s technical direction and strategy. You’ll be responsible for writing and reviewing code in React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js, setting high standards for software quality and performance. Additionally, you will mentor other engineers, provide architectural guidance, and ensure best practices in full-stack development and cloud-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on Development: Write high-quality, scalable code in React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js, while ensuring it aligns with best practices and project requirements.

· Technical Leadership: Lead architectural discussions, establish coding standards, and provide technical direction across the stack.

· Mentorship & Code Reviews: Mentor and support other engineers, review code to maintain high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· System Design & Architecture: Propose and implement robust, scalable solutions, considering both the customer-facing marketplace and the developer ecosystem.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and other engineering teams, to align on project goals and ensure cohesive feature development.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and continuously seek ways to enhance code quality, system performance, and user experience.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with demonstrated expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.

· Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, REST and GraphQL APIs, and scalable architectures.

· Leadership: Proven experience mentoring engineers and guiding them on best practices and technical decisions.

· Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of system design principles and hands-on experience with large-scale cloud architectures.

· Developer-Focused Mindset: A passion for building developer facing products with high standards of quality, usability, and performance.

· Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and a track record of aligning technical initiatives with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

· Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, like Terraform.

· Exposure to building or supporting developer ecosystems, APIs, or marketplace platforms.
