Job Responsibilities

Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors. Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others. Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes. Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus. Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle. Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies. Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Oversees entire TESS product stack and ensure proper product ecosystem technical practices. Builds and develop SRE practices for products we own.

Qualifications

Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker, with hands-on experience in containerization technologies. Proficiency in AWS and cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture. Advanced skills in data engineering, including the ability to work with large datasets and optimize data pipelines. Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and experience with large language models (LLMs). Strong architectural skills, capable of providing technical leadership, creating future-proof applications, and meeting evolving business needs. Proven leadership in managing and scaling multiple engineering teams, offering strategic direction and technical guidance. Experience with architecting scalable solutions, with a focus on performance, security, and best practices. Ability to design, develop, and deliver future applications aligned with organizational growth and innovation. Strong management skills, capable of mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional teams.
