Tech Process Improvement Senior Analyst
TECH PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SENIOR ANALYST What you will do Process improvement for Technology and Innovation Work with business teams to understand the processes on projects and other strategic needs Lead documentation efforts across ITPMO, Strategic Programs, and with strategic planning processes Lean Six Sigma and Process Proficient. Foster a collaborative, success-oriented team environment where resources are empowered and accountable. Provide thought leadership and significant influence to the continuous improvement of processes, policies and best practices to optimize delivery of employees and contractors. Root cause analysis Provide proper escalation to leadership for issues/problems as necessary. Participate in the organization's strategic and financial planning process. Gain and maintain a broad understanding of business, business needs, and work on the highest priority programs Provide effective support across Capital Markets Teams Manage & collaborate across various siloes to understand end to end lifecycles Work in partnership with business and technology resources across CNB Ensure program/project standards (documentation, risk/dependency management, budget tracking, reporting, and governance) are consistent across the department and meet the needs of stakeholders. Facilitates the creation of a team environment by providing strong mentoring skills and interdepartmental communications Ensure compliance with company's policies, processes and procedures. Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.). Completes all required training. Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in Information Services/Technology Minimum 2 years experience working with one or more Capital Markets Products (Interest Rate Risk Management, Foreign Exchange, and International Banking and Trade Finance (including Supply Chain Finance). 6+ years of business process improvement experience Minimum 3 years leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives Skills and Knowledge Demonstrated experience of program/project management in an environment employing a variety of software development methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc) Demonstrated experience and success in influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility. Experience in financial services institutions Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, effective decision making, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to negotiate or persuade others in complex situations. Strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical and business management teams Ability to build, manage and sustain strong collaborative and productive relationships with business partners Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences and vice versa. Strong planning and organization skills Experience of managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in motivating and leading project management teams Strong people management skills, including an understanding of how to attract, develop and retain talented individuals and experience in identifying and implementing training & development plans Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic initiatives within a technical and/or business environment Understanding of finance and capital budgeting principles Understanding of end-to-end project and software development lifecycles Experience working in a multi-vendor (outsourced) environment strongly preferred. Demonstrates resilience and flexibility when presented with challenges or changing priorities Compensation Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
